It appears as though Chris Kelly is back in North America. Kelly was last seen playing for HC Red Ice in Switzerland but he hasn't been hear from since Dec. 2.
But now he's going to be back on the ice soon. Kelly is listed on the roster for the RBC Play Hockey Charity Challenge in Toronto on Dec. 19. Kelly will play on a team captained by Steven Stamkos. The other team in captained by P.K. Subban.
in addition to Kelly, Team Stamkos' roster includes Michael Del Zotto, Niklas Kronwell, and Kris Versteeg. Team Subban's roster includes Tomas Kaberle, Phil Kessel, Joffrey Lopul, and Logan Couture.
All money raised will go to the NHLPA's Goals and Dream Fund and the RBC Play Hockey Program. Goals and Dreams has raised over $21 million in 30 countries since it's inception in 1999. The RBC Play Hockey Program has provided more than $1.5 million in hockey grants to communities across North America.
