Boychuk joins fellow defensemen Zdeno Chara, Andrew Ference, and Dennis Seidenberg overseas. Adam McQuaid is the only projected defensive starter not playing hockey.
Boychuk is the only current NHLer on the Red Bulls roster, but former Bruin goalie Alex Auld is there.
