The Providence Bruins lost their third straight game Friday night as they fell to the Worcester Sharks 3-2. Carter Camper and Max Sauve scored powerplay goals for the Bruins.

The Sharks jumped out in front first thanks to a Tim Kennedy deflection midway through the first period. But with just under five minutes left in the first the Bruins responded.  Camper took a Jamie Tardiff feed and deposited it in the back of the net for his first goal of the season.

Unfortunately for the Bruins, the Sharks weren't content ending the period tied. Bracken Kearns scored the first of his two powerplay goals with under two minutes to go in the first to give the Sharks a 2-1 lead. Kearns would score his second goal midway through the second to extend the Sharks lead to 3-2.

Sauve's fourth goal of the season cut the deficit to one with just over five minutes left in the game. But that's as close as the Bruins would get. Alex Stalock stopped 32 Bruins' shots to get the win.

The Bruins powerplay continue to haunt the team as they scored just twice on six attempts. They are now just four for 16 in the last three games on the powerplay.
